Lift with Char - 8 Week Program Details
I currently have one program. This program is Lift with Char 8 Week Hypertrophy + Nutrition Guide into strength training. You will gain muscle, lose fat, and become happier & healthier!
Cost: $20
What is included:
~2 Blocks of training: One block includes 5 days of workouts to repeat for 4 weeks. Days are either upper body or lower body focused. The workouts note exactly the workout to do, the number of sets and reps, and any recommendations for warm ups, and burnout sets. There is also an ab circuit and added optional glute work.
~General Nutrition guide: Including an explanation of macronutrients, good choices for foods, recommendations for how much to eat, how to track food, and meal ideas.
